I created this image collage as part of a project I have been working on throughout this fall semester for my Master's in Landscape Architecture. It is based at the Giant Mine and Boat Launch area in Yellowknife, NT. I first created a physical model of the Baker Creek estuary, jetty and some of Great Slave Lake using foam board and cut plastic bottles. I then photographed my work and created a collage in photoshop. I wanted to bring attention to the importance of taking care of the environment and ensuring we do our part to clean up our lakes and shores, so we can enjoy all the North has to offer. - Julianna Neudorf, Yellowknife
