14th Annual NWT Water Stewardship Strategy Implementation Workshop!
Please join us at the 14th Annual Water Stewardship Strategy Implementation Workshop on October 25-26, 2023 at the Chief Drygeese Centre in Dettah!
This year's workshop theme, "Inspiring Our Future Water Stewards", focuses on NWT future water leaders' engagement and capacity building by bringing Water Partners together for a collaborative approach and knowledge sharing for the 14th time since the release of the Northern Voices, Northern Waters: NWT Water Stewardship Strategy (the Water Strategy).
The workshop will also provide a venue to discuss successes, challenges and opportunities for continued collaboration to achieve the goals of the NWT Water Stewardship Strategy and the 2021-2025 Action Plan.

Please note that there is an option to attend the entire two-day workshop or any day of your choice!
Buses will be available to take participants from the Explorer Hotel, Yellowknife, to Dettah and back. You are not required to stay at the Explorer Hotel to take the bus. The bus schedule is shown below:
Wednesday October 25th:
- 8:30am-Departure (Explorer Hotel, YK to Dettah)
- 4:45pm-Return (Dettah to Explorer Hotel, YK)
Thursday October 26th:
- 8:30am-Departure (Explorer Hotel, YK to Dettah)
- 4:45pm-Return (Dettah to Explorer Hotel, YK)
