Workshop Overview
Please join us at the upcoming 13th Annual Water Stewardship Implementation Workshop and the 2nd Annual NWT Climate Change Advisory Gathering October 25 – 27th, 2022 at the Chief Drygeese Centre in Dettah! This a collaborative event hosted by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Water Management and Monitoring Division and the Climate Change and Air Quality Division. We will be gathering under the collaborative theme of “Adapting to Change and Building a Resilient Northwest Territories”. Throughout the three-day event, we expect engaging discussions and many opportunities to share your knowledge and experiences. We are excited about this event and hope as many NWT partners as possible can attend.
You are invited to attend the entire three-day event or either just the WSS or Climate Change portions. Please select which parts of the workshop you will be attending (you can select some or all).
Please let us know if you require bus transportation to Dettah, approximately a 25 minute drive east of Yellowknife. There will be buses available to take participants from the Chateau Nova, in Yellowknife, to Dettah and back. Please note that you are not required to stay at the Chateau Nova to take the bus.
Lunch, snacks, and coffee/tea will be provided each day. Please bring your own travel mug, if possible. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions
